HEY LOOK WHAT I GOT DONE BEFORE I LEAVE 

alright I apologize for being so late with this comic, I need to do some major renovations. 
See, the problem is, I have done all the pre-comic pages on lined note paper. When I scan them in, I have to reline everything. I have recently found out how to save myself from relining everything in photoshop, however the tool for that needs a distinct color to extract the lines from. 
The light pencil sketches mixed with the lined paper isn't distinguishable enough for it to be effective, and the comic pages are awful old in quality, so I might have to redraw a lot of them. 

Having a digital-line up in photoshop makes it easy for me to color too. 

I have no time for backgrounds nor is it my speciality or passion. So I figured ripping / copying the backgrounds from the official show and integrating them into my comic when possible would really help with its quality. 

So that's the main reason I've avoided updating this comic for so long. It just takes too many days for me to finish, and with how many pages I expect this comic to have, its just not gonna go anywhere quick enough. 
So I'm gonna either redraw a bunch of pages on different sketch paper, or I might retrace things in thick black ink and attempt to see if that will be recognizable for the photoshop tool. 

Anyway, I'll do my best to continue this comic. I have all my ideas set up for plot, however I planned on putting in some filler as well. I realize thats definitely not the way I want to go with this, for the real show I'd add filler, but I frankly don't have the time or the exact universal lore / concept art to really make filler without it being too OC-induced. For example, I had an idea for filler where the Shuggazoomian fish people team up with Chiro and talk about the history of their people and how they can help the hyper force, ect... 
but it would just be a waste of pages and time, so even though I don't like having a straight to the thick plot with no breather-breaks comic, I feel like thats the best way to go for you guys. 
Thats what this comic was supposed to go that way anyway, SRMTHFG ended on a massive rushed cliffhanger that was set up to have so much more for it. But there's a lot of unanswered stuff in the show that I'm gonna love to incorporate into this comic. I'm super excited for two plots in particular that I'm still very far from. 
But if it ever comes to the point where I'm unable to continue this comic, I will post a description of all the plot points I've had in mind so you guys can get an idea of where I wanted to go with all this and won't be left in the dust.
