Pink Diamond's Tale p6

Ok so… 

I think everyone already knows that in order to reverse corrupted gems’ states of mind, you need a powerful song of some kind to reverse the process. As to how to apply that  song, I’m not specifically sure. But I believe if Steven were to fix a corrupted gem first, he’d chose either Jasper or Centipeetle. I think he may heal them before the coming battle, for he’ll need a gem army if he wants to go up against the diamonds. Then again, he has the cluster on his side practically so he already has an army. 

As for the mural, there’s two or three major theories that I had a hard time figuring out. 

Some believe the three gems featured are actually Peridot, Lapis, and Jasper. While these mural gems appear to feature them closely, this is still mural of sorts built by homeworld gems, so if a Sapphire foresaw a Peridot, Lapis, and a Jasper fighting the famous Rose, I still doubt the higher ups would believe such low gems to be of much importance to paint a mural about. 

Also, on the floor of the Pyramid including the green hand ship Peridot controlled when she was sent to Earth, there’s a new diamond monarchy pattern of three triangles intersecting each other. Because this is the new pattern ever since Pink Diamond was shattered, I have to assume this Pyramid is actually quite new and not a relic from the past. Because of these three triangles, there’s a triangle on the three mural gems’ chests representing them. I can only assume, despite their vastly different appearances, that they represent the diamonds. 

There’s always another possibility that these aren’t the diamonds at all, and are some new gem that will show up later, but all the evidence we have so far, it all just points to the diamonds. This is quite an early episode anyhow, I’m not sure if the diamonds designs just weren’t finalized yet so they had to improvise? I’m not sure. 

But the mural I decided to twist and make it so Steven is actually the Rose we see. 

Also, Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond will come back to Earth to kidnap humans I believe, especially from their dialogue exchange in the “Greg gets captured” Steven Bomb. 

Also, I find it strange that Peridot was controlling a GREEN hand ship, especially since she’s from Yellow Diamond’s squadron. Because of this green ship and the interconnected triangles symbolizing the diamonds… not to mention the mixture of the two primary colors of blue and yellow = green…. I can’t help but wonder if we shall see a fused green diamond in the future of the series? As Diamonds, they have too much pride to really fuse, but if Steven were to back them into a corner…. seeing as they ARE the same gem and same gems fusing is socially acceptable…. perhaps if they were angry enough they wouldn’t hesitate.

So this is more or less probably the last page of this mini comic unless more theories are thrown into the mix with new episodes of the series which I will break down and perhaps add to this if necessary. Otherwise if anyone is interested, I will be posting sketches to alternative panels and storylines this comic was originally gonna diverge into (until an episode decided to change my theories.) in my SCRAPS! I’ll post links when I upload them. 

But with the information we have now, this is perhaps as far as I can go fluently with the Diamond theory. I’m sorry for making you all wait so long for this, I appreciate your patience with me.  

Also, regarding how Pink Diamond was actually shattered is still somewhat a mystery to me… Rose seems so insistent on not using the Breaking Point…… perhaps this will be revealed to us in the future.
