I did quite a bit of sketching in my sketch book for style practice since I haven't drawn Jack in a while. I went with his top pose and imagined him in a snowy tundra area creating ice pillars that rose from the ground, and I decided to go with one of those sunsets I usually do for backgrounds.
I felt that Jack was a little far away there, so I sketched out a close-up of his face and molded the two together for a comic-page-look to it.
I didn't want to do too much for this contest and I didn't want to go overboard, but I'm actually impressed with how this turned out! I didn't think it would look that great BUT I FOUND A WAYYYYYYYYYY
